Is there a way to keep from getting locked out of x10Hosting

Howdy.
Are you referring to the inactivity rule?
Free hosting users are required to login to the forums once a month to avoid inactivity suspension. Posting is not required.
We also have the option for you to upgrade to our Prime service and not have to worry about it again.
