Is there a way to recover the suspended free hosting account?

My previous hosting was suspended. And then, just after 2 weeks, everything was gone. :frown:
What appears in my x10hosting account panel is that I need to create a new hosting account as the previous one was already deleted.

That is the way.
If it is a HRU suspension,
-->you could have requested to get your things back but
if it is a Permanent suspension,
you forget your files.Noway can they be got.Assume that you lost them as they are deleted.
