is there a way to tranfer to other server

lets say if im from lotus and i want to transfer to other server, is there an option for this?

no,
currently there is no way to change the server you are on
and I do not believe the administration is considering this as an option

all servers are configured to be the same, of course there could always be discrepencies, ie. uptime
but all free-hosting plans are the same

then why do some servers have cpanel 11.25 and the others (like chopin) still have 11.24? i know at least absolut has 11.25 and i am on chopin stuck with 11.24. not a happy camper.
