Is there any way to reconfigure the way the mail server system works?

More specifically, most of the time that I am online I am at a network which is configured in a rather funny way
It is set up in a way that blocks all connections to a specific port, this means that
http://www.web.site:2083
would not work. I can live with the cpanel being inaccessible this way since I can do all file handling through my forums admin panel and through an ftp connection
But I can't access my mail server without access to port 2096, is there any way to use a more common port for this or even better to remove the requirement of a specific port completely by mapping it to the mail. subdomain instead, for example
http://www.mail.web.site/

Just wondering.
And yes, that is a placeholder URL since it is only used for showing what I want to achieve

If you can get to cPanel -> Email Accounts -> More (right hand side of the account) -> Access Webmail
or cPanel -> Webmail
You can log-in to you account

If you can do one of the above ways - you might be able to use a 'bookmark' without the need to use cPanel

You can set your account to forward all email to some other account like Google's Gmail to get your Email

You can not changed x10hosting's Email server set-up

ah, then that answers my question.
And trying to access the cPanel is futile as the network setup doesn't allow connecting to a specific port (such as example.com:2096 wouldn't be allowed but example.com would be, this also applies if I click a link leading to such a place)
I already know how to access the webmail, so I am not entirely sure why you are telling me how to.
And I do not want email forwarding to my Gmail, anyway thanks for telling me.
