Is this a violation of TOS?

Suppose I want to post anime reviews, which include screenshots/pics of the anime, but not the movie itself, will that be considered a violation of the TOS? I mean, its just like movie reviews have pics in them, right?

As long as the images are not copyright protected, or if you have permission to use them, It shouldn't be a problem.
