Is this gonna happen everyday?

Hello everyone
Is this server problems temporary or will us be facing this everyday? And by the way, please, i am begging you to explain the reasons for it?

There are some server problems because our current setup isn't supported by cPanel. (too many connections)
Once we get a new setup, it should be better.
