Is this my fault?

can I fix this or is there nothing I can do about it.I created a mysql database and the website i put the website i wanted to install in my www folder.I did this on my local host and it worked(ubuntu,mysql.php etc etc)

any help would be appreciated

One of the functions your script is trying to use has been disabled for security reasons. I'll get an administrator to take a look at this thread for you and see what can be done. I assume you're using intermediate PHP?

Thanx.The website isnt any thing illegal like torrents or porn or stuff like that.It is for eportfolios for people.I cant really say if I am intermediate PHP because I am self taught and I usually sort errors out on my own local host without a problem.But I understand enough to change the codes in the right lines to have the stuff running properly.

I can confirm that this function is in the intermediate php configuration.
