Is x07 server still migrating?

Hi, is x07 server still migrating?

My site has not been accessible for the last two weeks when I try to load it via my browser I get the following message:

Service unavailable:
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

It looks like I have DirectAdmin when I log in but my site is still down. So I don’t know if this is a migration issue or something I need to fix somehow. I’ve also cleared cookies to try access it.

Your account are migrated, but I can't figure out why you are getting that response.

I have been poking around and I see nothing out of the ordinary, and my account on the same server does not have that issue

Thanks @Anna - might there still be any migration work being done that will fix this?

Or do I need to troubleshoot myself? If so, any ideas where to start as it’s always been up and running fine pre migration.

It’s a WordPress.org site so don’t know if there’s any conflict there.

There would be work being done still, though not sure exactly to what extent as I'm not really involved with the process. Some adjustments to settings are bound to be needed for example and from what it sounded when I spoke to one admin the other day there may be a second pass on syncing files as well once all accounts are on the new servers.

If your wordpress was up to date with the latest version prior to migration it should be perfectly fine even if the php version may have been altered, you should be on version 7.2 native unless you made changes, but there are both newer and older versions available to chose from.

You find the option under "Extra features", might not be the problem but if you know you had a different php version before, that could be a starting point.

Thanks @Anna . Turns out the fix was as you described. My PHP version was set at 5.6. When I changed it to 7.2 then it worked. Hadn’t wanted to change any settings whilst it was potentially still migrating so appreciate you pointing me in the right direction!

Hi @Anna this seemed to be working well for an hour but now I can’t access DirectAdmin and nothing at all loads on my website (just have a white screen). When logging into DirectAdmin I get the error:

https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.

Is this a server issue that I need to wait to be fixed? Or could it be a result of me changing the PHP version?

I get that on x11 as well, so seem like serverside issue. Changing php version for your account has no effect on how server is working.
