I login to the main dashboard and it says redirecting like normal then completley cuts out. I have checked my internet, changed browsers, used a cached version and wiped my browsing history. Nothing seems to be working. any solutions please?
I can't seem to find anything on our side that would be interfering with your connection. Please could you ensure that there are no firewalls, routers, proxies or VPNs in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.
