is x10hosting going the way of the garbage?

I have a premier domain name I pay for and at one time was happy with x10, but since they started this migration which has now been considerable downtime for email accounts which is completely to not be able to receive email in like a month it appears x10 is on its way to the garbage pile

My website has migrated with no issue. But, my mailboxes, them, didn't receive message anymore after migration. The issue was cause by the use of Cloudflare. Not knowing which MX Record i had to enter to point to x10hosting's new servers, i migrated my mailboxes at my registrar and changed MX Record to point its servers. Problem solved.
