issue with ads

My ads won't display because of the javascript code is there a php code for the ad? I looked around and couldn't find anything sorry if this is a repeated question but the only times I found php ad code was from the old ad codes and I'm not sure those work.

I shouldn't think it would matter, as long as the codes are there and at the top of every publicly viewable page you'll be right. Right now the system shows you are using them.

Yeah but if you were to go to my site you wont see the ads the code is in there but it wont show the ads on my site. I'd rather they show so that there are no issues. Is there a php version of the ad code?

No, I don't believe there are PHP version of the ad codes.
