Issue with cPanel and Portal

Hello, my account has been inactive for while, and was shutdown. Now while trying to set my website up again, I am getting this error: Unable to parse response XML: String could not be parsed as XML [NodeSysDSelection: No avaliable nodes loaded from database. (2)]. Also, when I try to log into cPanel, it says my login is invalid. I think the best thing to do in this case would be to delete my account and start all over.
Any ideas?

Hello eman123,

I am sure you are aware that the free hosting platform is in the process of being moved to some new servers. This also means that until these are sorted out all registrations and account deletion/suspension requests are on hold.

The best thing you can do right now is to hold fast until such time as the service is back up again. Then you can put through a ticket or forum request if the registration system has somehow inadvertently created an account - but not finished creating it and providing you access to cpanel on a server.
