Issue with FTP connection

Due to the fact that the name AFFILIATIS already exists on the market, I preferred to change the name of my domain and since then, I can not acces my public_html by my FTP client. My login codes are refused systematically.
Please, could you help me ?

Username: mogiper
Password: This is the same as your client account password
Domain: affiliatis.x10.mx (changed to www.affilio.x10.mx)
Package: adfree-infinity
Hosting Server: chopin

Any help will be highly appreciated !

i see the change in the system, try now.
If your are still having issues, you can try chopin.x10hosting.com as the ftp url
