Issue with Parked Domain

Hi,

I previously had an account that was deleted because I wasn't logging in frequently enough. On that account, I had enabled a parked domain for dirtybirdreport.com (the url for the old account was fantasycentral.x10hosting.com).

When I try to add that domain to my new account, I get this message:
Error from park wrapper: dirtybirdreport.com is owned by another user.

Can you help me out please? My new url is dtmmblb.x10hosting.com and the user name is kapoora.

Moving to level 2 support so a admin can remove the dns entry.

I dont see the domain listed under my parked domains, I see this:

No Parked Domains are present

and if i try to add it i get this message:

Error from park wrapper: dirtybirdreport.com is already configured.

Help please?

Ok, check again now please.
You should now see it under "Parked domains" and it should now be working.
