Issues after update unsolved

I have came across while i accessed my hosting account

1. Fantastico Installer not found in cpanel.
2. SQL server not accessible by external scripts while we install thirdparty scripts like wordpress. it shows database error. (http://blog.anish.co.in/tech/wp-admin/install.php)
3. Error showing while creating subdomains. While creating or modifying subdomains it shows
Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully synchronized with Jackmunch. Array ( [0] => [1] => Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /jackmunch/bin/resources/data.inc.php on line 7 )

Please suggest solutions for the above problems.

- If Fantastico is missing it will be reinstall soon.
- If you are experience database connection issues, please remove and recreate database users.
- Fixed.
