Issues with my forums on the account

it is causing a "Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/thecff/public_html/thewbs-charmed.info/includes/functions.php(1378) : eval()'d code on line 1378" and I need it repaired before I can use my forums.
