Issues with site, domain, and cpanel

I have a couple of problems with my free hosting account:

I have a domain.
-It's http://rwp-team.com
I have added the ns1.x10hosting and ns2.x10hosting
The DNS seems to be down, also the Apache HTTP goes down quite alot.

And I have cpanel errors when I log in from rwp-team.com:2082 domain It says login failed

If it's possible good someone correct my errors. If there are any.

cPanel URL: http://rwp-team.com:2082

Hosting Type: Ad-Free

Advertisements:None Required

Disk-Space Allotment: 300 MB

Bandwidth Allotment: 10000 MB

Your URL works fine for me. Try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS.
