For a day or two now I've had issues with my website not loading occasionally and becoming unavailable for about two minutes. Now when I try to connect to it on ftp it states my username and/or password is incorrect when I haven't even changed it either server or client side.

The other issue that I've had for some time but ignored is the SFTP. When I connect to it and run file transfers, the connection is randomly closed part way through the transfer. I'm not sure what I may be doing wrong with that if anything.

I wish to be able to manage and use my site as easily as possible as it is still in the development stage and requires much testing and editing of the files.

I have waited a day and haven't even received a response to this issue and it still persists. I hope that it can be fixed ASAP before I have to decide whether to stay with x10 or look elsewhere for web hosting. I'd really prefer to stay since it's pretty much the best out there (free at least).

Hello, this may have been caused by a firewall. I've made some changes. Can you please try again and let me know if the issue persists?

Thanks for the response, I was starting to wonder if anyone would help me out.

I attempted to connect to FTP again, but it still does not connect. Here are the messages outputted by notepad++ ftp plugin.
Code:
Connecting[SFTP] Host key accepted
[SFTP] None of the server's authentication methods were accepted. Please check the options under the authentication tab.
Unable to connect
Disconnected

I have used SFTP before for connecting and it worked fine. Noe of my settings are changed and it stopped working out of nowhere. I attempted to connect to my friends website to test if it worked and it logged on just fine, same method and hosted on x10, just a different server and credentials.

Also, I noticed in my site's error logs that something inside the home directory was being executed and returning errors, but i didn't upload/modify any files in that folder, only what is in the public_html. I know I use $errno and $errstr in my error handling function, but it may also be in this file. I didn't want to modify any of the files ad possibly break it too much, so they were left alone.
