I have a paid account, but when I log into the account manager I see:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Also, I used to have SSH on my account as well (I used SCP to copy files, etc), but that is now disabled. So I have to use FTP. And, it seems after a certain amount my IP will get blacklisted (I'm in passive mode, 1 concurrent download; limited to 20KB/s download).

I'd love to get SSH back!

My cpanel user name is podhurlo.

I have enabled SSH on your account.

Regarding the account panel, it only works for free accounts. Instead you should have access to http://clients.x10hosting.com
