and i think it's because of inactivity. but i'm planning on trying it again, so please change this so i can upload my html files. thank you!

If your hosting account was deleted, you will have to make another account. If your hosting account is suspended for inactivity, you can unsuspend it in your account panel. If your forum account is not linked to an existing hosting account, you can "swap" forum usernames in the account panel.
