It's really to slow to access my website

Since several weeks it is very difficult to access my website and even more to the admin part of my site. It's awfully slow. I have an average of 1 to 2 minutes to access, it's awful slowness, and when it connects I finally get the window: Resource Limit Is Reached.
Several regular visitors to my site complain about this problem, it is necessary to have a lot of patience to visit my site.....

Thank you for your answer, but I think I have solved the problem. I think it came from a resource-intensive wordpress plugin, I deleted this plugin and it looks better now. I've checked gtmetrix. com and I get 3,8s.

Good to hear. If you are not already, I would suggest using a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache, CloudFlare and optimizing your images. For example I losslessly compressed http://www.grafitimag.tk/wp-content/uploads/Img_Site/logo2018-272x90.png from 9,874 bytes to 7,571 bytes. That may only be 2,303 bytes but it will add up.
