It's saying server mounted again

I deleted files but it still says disk space is running out. It's not even in the orange color. It's in the green...the disk space. If too many people come to my site at once can it cause this?

The error you're seeing means that the shared disk space that everybody is using is nearly full, not that you, personally, are using too much space. It takes some time to clean up the files that can be cleaned up (sometimes that means deleting temporary and log files; sometimes it means suspending and removing files from abusive accounts), and every once in a while it means that more disk space needs to be provisioned for the SAN (storage area network -- think of it as a huge external hard drive).
