I've been suspended for a phishing website?

I just uploaded Wakaba which is a image board software from what I have heard.
I even read the Terms of Service and didn't see anything violating Image Boards. But if their was I am sorry for breaking the rules and am very ashamed.

Escalating up; I didn't look particularly hard but I didn't see anything that actually showed a phishing page, so the higher ups need to look at their logs and see what tripped it.

If indeed it is a phishing page on there somewhere, it'd violate the Illegal Material clause as phishing is identity theft and considered a major crime in the USA, which is where we are based.
