It means you were suspended for spamming, you won't be unsuspended.

U told me that u can re active my hosting
realy I wasn't know that sending messages from my web site
is spamming so If u can't re-active my account anymore please


give me a full backup of my Sql DB and Files or active my account till I will be able to give a full backup by myself :smile::smile:
