Jira Installation - Possible?

Does anyone know if its possible to install Jira on the free hosting?

Cant do it on GoDaddy due to the lack of the Java RE. Couldn't find enough info on here to see if it was available/possible or not.

Hi,

Just to add on to what @bdistler has already said, we wouldn't be able to run JIRA on our free hosting service as it is a Java-written, continuously-running application. This would only be possible on our VPS packages.
