Joomla admin

Hi,

I've just moved in...I've install joomla but I cannot fin d a way to admin this cms system and add content, change the template....

How can I do it ?

This is really a question you should be asking the Joomla forums, but anyway:
Just add /administrator to the end of you site url. So if you have Joomla installed at http://example.com then the admin page would be at http://example.com/administrator
