Joomla Administration: blank page

Hi all!
My website work correctly running Joomla 1.0.15, but since yesterday, I can't login in my Pannel Admin, when I enter my username and my password, my browser display a white page, with nothing in the source code.
Someone can help me?

I don't understand the word "flushing", cn you explain to me?
PS: Yes, I've change my browser and I clear the cache.

Flushing didn't work... I think it's a problem with the new PHP version.

Please upgrade your php to intermediate config.

Log in to the account management panel -> http://www.x10hosting.com/login

The function ini_set() is disabled in basic php.
