joomla error

i had my account suspended but when it was unsuspended the following error came up on my site :

This site is temporarily unavailable.
Please notify the System Administrator

Could not connect to the database server

Please change your "localhost" to mysql.x10hosting.com .
Then goto your remote mysql and add this %.x10hosting.com

This should fix your issue.

In your Joomla files find configuration.php change $mosConfig_host = 'localhost'; to $mosConfig_host = 'mysql.x10hosting.com';
