I am very new to X10hosting.com and have installed Joomla using the Fantastico and manually. I am unable to install any extensions. I have tried various things from enabling to disabling ftp changing ftp permissions and etc...
I think it is a PHP issue because when I click on help and system info I get a PHP error.
Setting Value PHP Built on:
Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/shazaani/public_html/itfarm.com/administrator/components/com_admin/tmpl/sysinfo_system.php34 on line I have searched and searched the forum for answers and the internet but nothing tangible has come up. I am only able to access the cPanel and from there I cannot make any changes to the PHP.
When I try to access x10hosting.com/account I get two errors:
An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.
I was told to start a new topic that is why I am starting this thread. :dunno:
