Hello, this is my tutorial site http://tutorials.sohailtech.com/ and i have a really simple question... How do get more than 3 articles to show up on the first page, i will give the m=ember that gives me a good answer rep.

Have you looked in Joomla's main preferences page? Inside the admin control panel? It may be in there, i know in phpnuke it is inside there i believe. It will say something like "number of articles visible on the first page" or something similar.

The front page of Joomla is related to the "main menu".
If you go to the menu manager and adjust the main menu, you can change the #intro to add more vertically or add columns to get more on the page.

If you edit the 'home' link in the 'main menu', on the right hand side of the edit page it will allow you to set the number of articles to display etc.

You can set:

# Leading
# Intro
Columns
# Links

To whatever numbers you want.
