Joomla not leting me install

Ok I have just installed Joomla from the softaculous thing, made sure the database was working by clicking the check db in cpanal but everytime I try to install something in Joomla this comes up

and I have no idea whats going on and I so confuzed please help.

There have been (odd) issues with your server. I am not sure if an admin has fixed them yet though. Try again tomorrow, if its still not working, post back here.
