Joomla Sh404sef + X10hosting problem

Dear Sir,
I have Joomla site with sh404sef SEF component installed on it.
I used xampp to make the site and used akeeba backup to clone it to x10 hosting.
Then the urls started giving 500 error and 404 errors.
The same cloning process if done on another host(not x10hosting) absolutely gave no problems and the site is working well.
But because I am a huge fan to the x10 hosting support,I thought I would get help regarding this.I want to put my site on x10 as it's speeds are supergood as its support.
Can you help me regarding this?

It should be fixed now. SEF on http://professionalblogger.x10.bz/oled/ is working fine.

Thank You for the reply.
I have learnt to work with joomla only.I have a problem with akeeba backup on x10 hosting.
The same site is functioning well on my localhost and I take backup from localhost to x10hosting,then it creates lots of 500 internal server errors and akeeba backup fails because of 500 internal server errors.
I read from the forums that files should be 644 and folders should have 755.But why is it not like this on my localhost?
Can you please help me with some guidelines on successful joomla on x10hosting.
