Joomla Uninstallation....

I was trying to restart everything I have on my sites, and making a new idea I have come up with, but I currently have Joomla 1.5, which was installed through fantastico.

Now I try to uninstall it, from doing what it says on fantastico and so on.

I get a message

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/listed/public_html/prepare_removal.php on line 22

Not sure exactly as to why this may be coming up, or what I have done, anyone have any ideas?

If you want to clear everything out, you can delete the databases through cPanel, and remove the contents of the public_html directory.
