Joomla Upgrade

If i upgrade joomla in cpanel fantatico will that overwite my website or will it keep it and the addin components

It should add the new components, But I haven't upgraded Joomla yet.

you should upgrade, cause 1.5 is MUCH better than the current.

but, no, it says it overwrites all that stuff, but it doesnt
