Go to your cpanel http://kuzne4ik.exofire.net:2082
and then click on softaculous

Then Click on joomla on left sidebar. and click the install button.

No, it's the same version that Joomla released. Now you may have to update patches and whatnot, but I believe that whatever version you install is the latest stable version from the coders.

I would recommend to you Igallery component,it is commercial but you can find it for free en Taringa.You can build wonderful galleries with it and it has a lot of possibilities,you can configure all without touching the code.
