Hi Guys

i am new to your hosting site. Could you please let me know is I can upload and run Joomla
and if yes can you please help me place the Joomla files in the right directory.

First, in cPanel, create a database, a user and give that user all privileges to your database. Remember the name of the database, as well as the username and password. Next, upload the complete Joomla archive in the public_html directory, and extract it there using the cPanel file manager. Navigate to your website home page and you should be presented with the installer. Follow the instructions and at the database section, enter the information for the database and user you created just before. Your installation is now complete.

Error when setting up the MSql data during installation Joomla

Error when setting up the MySql data during installation Joomla

Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I have delete the data base and the user name a few times. I still receive the above error.

I am not sure what is the next step is from here as i can not complete the install.

Anyone have any ideas please
