jQuery LavaLamp broken in Chrome

LavaLamp does not work correctly in Chrome for me w/o the google analytics code. I copied the source of the website which already included the ga code. Any idea why lavalamp is breaking?

Both seem to work/are the same when I view them in my copy of Chrome v 8.0.552.224 on Win7

If you reload the page and don't place your cursor inside the ul/div then you see the 'marker'(li.backLava) is not positioned correctly
