The problem here is that the ToS that you agreed to clearly states that file hosting is not allowed. We do not provide space for you to store your personal files.

Judging by the suspension reason, it was a manual suspension and the person suspending your account find the violation to be big enough to mark it zt, which means Zero Tolerance. This means the suspension is permanent, all access revoked.
