Just a note from a very disproved person of your x 10hosting Services...

No one from this company can help here I see than why run business for hosting if you can not provide support on a issues such as this brother people asking for help Question do you provide this type of help when someone paid for their site space is that what it is?
If so than don't have forum for free hosting.this been going for a week now with not one reply by your company....
It not expectable by myself or anybody trying out your product...
i HAVE READ OTHERS POST WITH THE SAME DEGREE NOTHING FROM ANYBODY. i KNOW THERE OTHER HOSTING COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE BUT I THOUGHT ON GIVING THIS PLACE A SHORT BEFORE I give my harder earn money for services But x 10hosting provides no such on anything but they say or do,..
And They do not at east I haven't seen it on my end or others.
Thanks for waste of time but I will go else where I know and will and provide better service..
I also will provide a negative review on this hosting company as poor rating....
Who knows just might wake you guys up INSTEAD OF SCREWING PEOPLE OVER...ENJOY,, FROM A CUSTOMER THAT NOT TO PLEASED WITH x 10hosting and Im pretty sure others will follow...

I have found that it's usually my fault when I cannot get the result I need.
Try to go to the right Help forum morbusde.
If you can ask the question usually the x10 folks will come up with the answer.

longbich - I have to agree with morbusde.... first off.... this host is so F**** ing slow ... I just sit and watch the little wheel go round and round on firefox before it finally loads cpanel... it should just pop up instant like my regular host... no delay....

Let me tell you my experience.... decided to create a second site .... apparently I am using 0 of 2 allowed for some reason....it should say 1 ... so the counters are out to lunch apparently ... it won't make a second site at all period. Just subdomains which I do not want. So I decided to delete the site and create a new one ... so all files went into a folder to rebuild.... hit delete site and guess what .... it's still there ... but says no redirect ... no way to bring it back to try over and no way to recover it .... recovery console does nothing and also has errors ??? No place I can see to fix redirect either...
Now all I wanted to do was just change the domain name ... no way to do that either ....
Now I can't delete that site, can't recover it and can't make a new one.
So try help to contact someone .... it says to post, please login.... well, it' won't login .... at all!
After a few tries it now says .... sorry your account is now locked... too many failures ... but oddly enough it still logs into the site cpanel.... just won't login to post to forums for help..... so I had to use a different account to login to post here.
The Cpanel is something else .... does it exist ? Cpanels on good hosts have everything all in one page as soon as you log inm database, server logs, redirect, subdomains, etc.... this thing takes forever to even log in and has two items.... it's pretty mickey mouse.

And last of all .... there is NO contact us link anywhere that I can find to even ask how to fix it or have someone fix it . So maybe you need to take your attitude longbich and fix it....

FYI - the normal host I use that I pay DOES HAVE a contact link on their pages.... also is easily available by fone and is a really good professional host with service .... this place is just crap .... now I know that buying any hosting services here would be just a waste of money .... what would I do if I ran a production ecommerce site and had this happen ????? Your attitude seems to be like Trump.... blame the public for lack of service....it's a really good way to lose potential customers...

Did I mention that it is a real pain in the ass to have to login each month as well or it all quits .... sometimes I login 20 times a day to build then just leave stuff for weeks or even a month or two .... the pesky reminders and stuff quitting is just really something to P*** a person off... especially considering it can't ever login in seconds it always takes five minutes to load.... even on high speed net.

I might also add that I have operated my own servers and dns for years, also used various commercial hosts... so it's not lack of experience for me to say this ... it's more like X10 is a really poor host...good for free stuff to play with and pretty useless for much else.
The stuff I have here is just hobby stuff... build it see if it works or gets any results and then move it to a GOOD host .... or just junk to fool with in my spare time.... after the experience today I would never consider buying hosting here ....

Be a good idea if you learned some better English before trying to build websites.... It not expectable ???? than don't have forum ??? WITH THE SAME DEGREE NOTHING FROM ANYBODY ????

It does make you wonder!! If the two with their panties in a wad have so much expertise, why are they using free web hosting. Free hosting does not promise 24/7 staff support. Requiring 30-day login serves to weed out the unused sites and allow the space be offered to others. Other requirements serve to protect legitimate users and the provider. If they are so good, why do they not form their own web host companies?

Thanks Larry I haven't had such a good laugh all year. That's almost a week!
I see your frustration and I can agree with your feelings it's just that I haven't had any of these. Yep it takes a while to boot up after login and I cannot understand this but as for getting assistance and the reminders I am okay with both.
Maybe you best option is to try out all your stuff on that pay for use host then you won't get so worked up over x10 or other posters' attitude?
