Well, see, that's the problem.

Some programs are, and some aren't. We wouldn't link to reverse-engineered (AKA remade) programs, but only ones that are made from scratch, or are reverse-engineered from a program that was made from scratch.

Of course, we would remove any such links the members posted...

Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

So no, it's clearly written in our terms of service.
