Purchase consists of filling in a form and clicking submit (or whatever the text on the button says), and that form is accessible directly from your account control panel. Transferring your existing site consists of checking a box on the form before you click submit (or a support request post-purchase if you didn't see the big, well-labelled checkbox). You didn't need sales help -- although you might have if you were deciding among the various higher-end hosting packages (Infinity+ or managed VPS). And Free Hosting support is support for Free Hosting, done mostly by your fellow users on a voluntary basis. It's not the sales channel -- that would exist over at x10Premium.com. Prime and Illuminated are Free Hosting with perks (Prime is essentially Free hosting without the login requirement and an extra database; Illuminated is similar to Prime but on a segregated and less-crowded server and with another couple of minor upgrades) and that too is explained.
