I just changed to my own domain name, www.clan-ncw.com, but all I get when I try to navigate to the site is "great success! Apache is working on your cPanel and WHM Server." I can log into cPanel at the domain, and FTP in, and see all my files, but for whatever reason it doesn't show up when i visit it straight from my browser. Apparently the person below me has the same problem ( http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/40417-primary-domain-changed-apache-working.html ). I have changed the name servers over at godaddy to point to the x10 hosting, and it has changed from straight 'page not found' to this new 'great success'. Should I just wait, is there anything further I need to do, and is there any other information that would be helpful to people?

Edit:
Just tried again after I posted and I'm back to the standard "Unable to connect; Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at clan-ncw.com."

Edit 2:
And again it's back to 'great success.'

Just be patient for your DNS to update, within 24 hours of setting it up, your domain should work around the world.
Edit:
So you know, i can view your site via the domain now. You just had to be patient while the DNS updates.

Yes, i can view your site, i told you that already. Although, it loads slow, and redirects to cPanel now, but before it worked properly...

Ok, your domain should work now.
If you still can't access, do the following: Clear your temp files and cache, flush your DNS, restart your router/modem/computer.

Hmm, it was working for a while, and now it is down again -- now I am just getting the firefox cannnot find this page code, as if it weren't there... Is this related to the DNS still or is it just the underlying server being a bit overloarded?

Every ISP updates DNS at different time frames. For example mine updates ever 6 hours. My friend's updates every 4. Some only do it once per day. After you make a change you should wait at least 24 hours before changing things again, it could be your ISP just hasn't fully updated.

Your browser probably has a cache of your page in the temporary files and whenever you try to visit, it displays what you have. try to refresh or clear all files in firefox/IE.

If it has been over 24 hours, restart your modem or go to Start -> Run

type in cmd

in there, type in ipconfig /release

wait a minute

type in ipconfig /renew

wait about 5 minutes... come back and update me on if it works :)
