According to TOC, if such chat boxes are going to create a huge load on the server,you may face a ban.

Im learning/working with nav bars right now using Adobe Fireworks. If you give me an idea of what you want it to look like, I can make you some mock-ups and show them to you. If you like any of them you can use it for free. It beats having a "menu by: xxx.com" on your menu/nav bar...

Nice idea and cute offer.
A startup can definitely vouch.
But can you mention if you can make a wordpress plugin to set menus.
Like a module in joomla --> menu plugin for wordpress which works like mega menu of joomla.
