Just got an inactivity warning for my "prime" account?

Hello, I was wondering why I just got an email saying I needed to log in to my prime account monthly or be deactivated?

Hi,
I believe we only have a single yearly payment on file for you made in December of 2012... I tried searching your email in our Paypal account to confirm but Paypal isn't cooperating and times out after 10 minutes with an internal server error. If you have additional payments beyond that one can you please PM me a transaction ID or a rough date one of the payments was made?

I'm pretty sure the deal I signed up for was $60 for 60 months of Prime? I can double check to make sure but I'm fairly certain that was it.
