Bad.
`solid colors, no use of anything aesthetically pleasing
`a lot of ads
`wrong use of colors
`content placed in a way hard to read, and looked confusing
my suggestions:
`go out and get a template (either buy one, or find a free one); or go make a new one, depends if you are up to it
`get rid of most of the ads, or place them more strategically so I do not see 3 ads at a time

and those adds just make a simple site confusing.

I agree above about the layout.
For the content...well, English is not my native language...but... well, it's confusing... sentences are too long and not at all understandable. Too many commas... It's not appealing at all.
You don't focus on what is interesting and valuable of your website. You just merely describe everything, even the banners!
Think that this can scare or bore people. You want them to feel comfortable browsing your pages. Only comfortable visitors are willing to use your services and/or buy something from you or through you.
