Just signed up but cannot get access

I get this error:

"The forum username supplied does not exist, you must supply a valid forum username."

I did not get and email from the site to confirm my email after I finished all the the 10 step form to sign up for account. What am I supposed to do?

To create account it takes time. Just wait for some more time you will get a confirmation email.

Ok... I just did what the help section said to do... if you don't get something within 1/2 hour... open ticket. Thanks for the speedy reply.
