find the control panel by logging in to x10. There's an easy website builder at the bottom, under Software/Services..

Make sure you're logging into your cPanel at [servername].x10hosting.com:2082 and not the Account Panel. You can find the Site Builder in the cPanel.

if you log into you accont pannel there is a link to where your website name is in cpanel then login and you button should be there

when I try to go to the cPanel page it won't load, it says the connection has timed out. my server is Cossacks.x10...
