Just want a review of my current theme

I just want someone elses opinion on my current theme. I got it from rockettheme and I want to know if you've see it before and if its too generic

That's one smexy theme there. I don't understand why the date in the middle of the header is lowercase, though. It kinda detracts from the overall appearance of the site, maybe you should remove the date altogether.
Also, if I may make a comment on the silverhawx.webs.com website - it has some really annoying background music playing that made me want to leave it immediately. If you have control over that site as well, you should probably get rid of that. It causes the page to load slowly and turns visitors away.

Thanks for your feedback and I was think of removing the date as well
Well that was one of my (member's old site) and will be used for old data only for the next 2 days so it will be removed soon.

Oh Boy,
you have made the same mistake every new time site is made.The site is awesome in terms of design and content.
But if more than 100 visitors come to your account you pose a great load on the server because you have 11 jscripts being called individually.

There are 11 JavaScript scripts found in the head of the document

You have to combine all of them in to one.
And..
main page has 17 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one.
home page has 14 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one.
the smae page has 27 external background images. Try combining them with CSS sprites.
Then you will rock.

hmm could gzip work? and Rokziper? They combine all the javascript and css files in two files (One for scripts and one for css)

I also have a service called Cloudflare.com that does that at their servers (they do proxying and chahing for scripts and css).
