I have updated the nameservers of my domain registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Domain Name: KCGCE.COM
Registrar: GODADDY.COM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com
Referral URL: http://registrar.godaddy.com
Name Server: NS1.X10HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

When I tried to addon domain from my cpanel it failed and show the error message as kcgce.com is owned by another user.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This means that the domain is pointed to another account....

or this is a cpanel error...
Request account manger to add addon domain for you..

I have existing site running as x10hosting sub-domain. Now I decided to add my own domain to the same account.

Have you tried to park the domain instead of putting it as an addon?

I tried park, addon domain. both option failed with same error.
