Keep getting intarnal server error on joomla

I keep getting this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When i try to install templates on joomla! 1.5

You need the intermediate version of PHP for Joomla! - If you don't already have that version then you need to request to be moved onto it.
